4 weeks old and no pre flowers?!

ok so i have a group of plants at just over 4 weeks old now and i just put them on 12/12 a week ago and i am still not seeing and preflowering at all. do i just give them more time or what. Can i start feeding them bloom solution? please help.

you can give them bloom now,i like to give veg for 1 week into flowering,and it will take more time to show sex.
