4 weeks today was switched to flower and I’m only just starting to see results like this .. is this normal for around this week ? Would of thought it would be a little more than this but saying that the plant had no pre flowers when I did the switch ????

Normal...your plant looks fine but it's actually more like week 2. I know there's a lot of debate around here about when flowering "begins" but in the future begin counting after white pistils emerge. Usually takes about 10-14 days of a 12/12 light cycle to start showing pistils.
When you first see the pistils emerge look at the calendar and take note of the date. Then mark the day directly below that (one week later) as week 1. Go 9-10 weeks out and you'll have a fairly good estimate of when most hybrid strains are ready for harvest or at least ripening.
