4 week old clones,,growing slowy? pics

2- 23 watt, 3000k curly FL lights, 1- 22 watt circle FL light, there four week old clones are they growing good or no>>>>>>> last two weeks i have been adding miricle grow to them, they are green and healthy but i think they should be bushier and taller by nowww???? i don't knowwww suggestionss pleaseeee

They look fine for plants growing under a couple of fluorescent lights. Don't expect much weed when finished.
Plain and simple you need more light buddy. At least try to get that outside if nothing else. I still say don't expect much though.
