Any opinions on this umbrella reflector setup ?

I have said reflector, i use it for Scroging because of the perfectly square footprint it throws

Cool so if i throw that in a 4'11 jardin tent for 6 plants that'd probs be better than a smaller reflector?

If you are finding that your current reflector isn't throwing a good footprint from a good height ( i mean a safe height aka not gonna cause heat damage) then that one certainly will. The only issue i would think is in a tent, there is no way to vent off the heat from that hood. Might want to consider that in your thinking. Cause a 1000watter can throw some fucking heat.

yeah thats a good point, i am probably better off with an air coolable one =/ but the umbrella looks fun lol
