4-Aco-Dmt Amounts / Comparison to Shrooms

I've read a normal dose ranges on 10-30 mg's depending on the person for a good trip. I was wondering if anyone has a rough estimate of how many mg's of 4-acetoxy-dmt is equal to an 8th of shrooms (aproximately, i dont think anyone has teh exact figures, on top of opinions bout the trip being different between the two drugs)...? Thanks

i have another question too...how can you verify a compound that you buy. It makes me trip yea, but what if its just some crazy shit someone whipped up u know? thanks

Depending on the strain of mushroom and what substrate is used... an 8th of mushrooms can be compared to 20mg's of 4-aco-dmt... but it varies on the purity and each individual.
 
Is 2ci a completely diff kind of trip? I've read a couple stories on erowid but some sound a lot like a shroom trip, and some sound like acid o.O ?
 
2c-i doesn't resemble a mushroom trip whatsover! Visually its very unique... but spritually and mentally deplete of any value. It makes you smile and have some pretty far out visuals, so if thats your thing take the pludge ;)

Uh what do you think 4-ACO-DMT is... All these research chemicals are just things "someone whipped up" in some lab in China. The side effects of these chemicals are not fully understood regardless of what one it is hence the name research in research chemical . There's really no easy way for a normal person to find out what the drug is that your ingesting. But at the same time think of it, every time you buy a drug from a drug dealer you have no idea what their actually selling you. I'd trust the people who are actually able to synthesize ANY of these chemicals before I'd trust Johnny on the street corner selling "triple stack bomb ass E pillz!!".

been wanting to try some 4-aco, ive heard that it has less substance than shrooms and less mind fuck for me that would be a positive

well ive tried it twice now, both times in 20 mg doses...The first time i went to the movies n tripped the fuck out within a half hour, no visuals, but a definate mind fuck. 2nd time it took forever to kick in, but once it did it lasted for about 6 hours... only downfall i noticed was the anxiety i felt when i was around people. I'd reccomend trying it a lone, and make sure you dont have anything important to do (you dont get incompetant or anything, but i wouldnt go to work on this shit).
 
I would doubt then that it was 4-aco-dmt... 4-aco-dmt is very similar to psilocin which has been proven to be the visual component of the trip whereas psilocybin brings about a more prominent body high and an arrangment of cluster like thought patterns. However, maybe the onset and the thought of taking a new compound creating some underlying anxiety. In all, psilacetin is a very worthy compound in my opinion!

I've been here since 2008 and have posted off and on in this forum since then. I know a fair amount on RC's and have only experimented with 2c-i and DOC. An how does me stating you really have no clue what your getting when you order something from someone online count as a bad post? Especially when what your ordering is something that borderlines being illegal (some of these phenethylamine analogues can fall under the Federal Analogue Act of 1947 and I personally know people that have been arrested and charged with CDS possesion with them). There have been deaths resulting from people who ordered 2c-b and the vendor ended up sending them 2C-B-FLY which is several times more potent then 2C-B. So, it is safe to say no a lot of people don't know the chemical their ingesting when they order it from an online source and for all you know it could be something that could kill you. But that's the risk you gotta take when taking drugs. BTW I both own and read PiHKAL and TiHKAL which is written by Alexander Shulgin the man who synthesized the majority of these RC's.

i guess what i mean by "no visuals" is i didnt actually see shit that wasnt there. I had visual distortions, like my room looked about 10 times larger than it really is. Music was more defined and it seemed like i was more "feeling" it than hearing it. Was definately a good experience both times, especially since i didnt get as naseous or the stomach ach/urge to throw up that i always get when i take shrooms.

U make a lotta valid points. I asked around about my vendor before i actually purchased through them, and people confirmed they were legit (which just means that they sent SOMETHING out, not nescessarily what they say it is). There's always a chance/risk when taking drugs. Any bag of weed could be laced, your coke can be cut with all kinds of fucked up shit (not that cocaine is good for u by itself)...RC's are probably some of the more risky substances since u cant look at it and say "yeah thats marijuana"...Most of them have similar phsyical attributes and look close to the same thing.

tis why you take a starter dose of 1mg
 
you'd have to do the technique where you put an even amount of water drops to mgs to get 1mg of a substance right? i dnt kno how else you'd seperate 1 mg. ??
 
get a acurate scale, if you really worried then after your 1mg wait 3 hours then dose 5mg etc...

bro are you taking rc without a scale x.x

Ya times right you need a .000 scale. dont eyeball and dont even bother with water drops to mgs scale is crucial.. be safe, good luck, have fun.
