4.5 x4.5 x 7 Grow Tent

First time grower here.

I was looking at getting a 4.5 x4.5 x 7 Tent.

1. Could I get 16 plants to flower in there?
2. Is a 600w HPS going to work?
3. What type of fans and light housing do you suggest? I was thinking of getting an enclosed one with a lens.
