I use 3000, 80 color rendering index. Chinese chips. Last two plants produced 8-10 ounces per plant.
4000, 90CRI is for vegetation more then flower. Like keeping a mother.
But no worries. As soon as you buy your chips. They'll come out with an even higher CRI. Making you want to pull that money out your pocket.

We flowered with 3700k 90cri a few times (vesta strips, both channels):
Looked pretty much the same as 3000k 80cri and yielded about the same.
