3x3 600w HPS, How many plants? +rep

Hi all, im going to be getting my tent in like a week and just doing some planning so i know what to get so i can order at the same time as my tent. So how many plants do you think would be a good number in a 3x3 tent under a 600w hps bulb?
 
That is going to depend on the size of the containers and how long you plan to veg. A 600 could easily handle anything you have in the 3x3 tent. You just have to decide which size container and that will dictate how many plants you can fit in the tent. If you plan to do a Sea Of Green which is lots of single cola plants you will fit more than if you were growing in 3 gallon containers. Then you have to think about height constraints in the tent as you didn't mention the height. The plants will usually double (Indica Dominant) or triple (Sativa Dominant) once you pull the trigger for the flowering cycle. Style of grow will dictate container size and container size will dictate how many plants you can fit in the tent. I hope that helps.
 
thanks m8, that grow will be started in a few weeks just want to get my current plant (wappa) a few weeks into flower befor i start to veg a new batch
 
You could probably fit nine 3 gallon pots. Start 3, then 3 weeks later start 3 more, then 3 weeks later 3 more and so on. You could get a nice perpetual harvest going.

This too is a great option. there are no rules to growing. Do what you like but I do respect the fact that you are asking for advise.

I finished my Wappa freebie a few weeks ago. Its some BOMB ASS weed!!! Wappa and Motavation both are going into my summer lineup.

Hey if you throw that Motavation outside make sure you have it hidden well. I grew one outside this year. It was 9" when I planted in June and it was 9 feet when I harvested.

And hits hard! The buzz rushes through your face and travel at light speed through your body. I really like it. Thanks for the advice Bigv. But I am lucky enough to have a place to grow them as big as I want. I could tell by how they both yielded indoors that they could grow into monsters outdoors.
 
Yeah I put mine outside just because Paradise says that it is not a great outdoor plant but it was great.
 
well heres my wappa plant its coming to the end of its 4th week in veg, under 125w cfl 6500k, sorry the pics not great but i couldnt find my camra so i did it with a webcam lol :DPicture 001.jpg
 
thanks m8 a few older leaves had a few yellow spots but that was becasue it was asking for more nutes than i was giving it
