3weeks into Flower

Updated pics, im entering week 3 and im using FFOF Soil and 2700k cfls my water schedule consist of water,water,feed. Im using General Hydroponis FloraNova Bloom 4-8-7 only giving 1/2tsp per gallon of water! Im wondering if its ok to bump that to 1tsp per gallon, dont wanna over due since they look to be doing fine but i dont wanna hold back also if they an take it.. Let me know what you all think, Thanks in advance friends!!!

Oh ya, for sure those are big and old enough to take full strength.
Do you have anything else you can supplement with, maybe Rock Resinator or something with just some P and K, not necessarily any more N?
Maybe try and get a few more bulbs down around the sides to help the lower buds, but other than that, looks very nice.
