38 days and no sex

I have 2 plants both planted on 7-15. Switched to 12/12 on 8-11. On 9-2 one plant showed its sex(female). The second plant has yet to show its sex. I am about ready to just get rid of this one simply because I am tired of waiting. I have some WW waiting to germinate, but cant until this crop is done. I am going to at least finish this grow before I get the WW going. I am 2 weeks into the one plant growing buds so I will complete it. I just want to know what the longest any one has waited before their plant showed sex. I would not have minded as much if the 2nd plant showed sex a few days later, but as of now its nothing. And once the one plant is ready to harvest I am starting the WW. Basically, if the one plant showed sex in the next few days, I doubt I would wait anyway for harvest of it. I would not have minded as much if they were just a few days apart, but I am pushing weeks. I am giving it as much time as it needs, but its taking too long. Like I said, once I harvest this bagseed, the WW is going to be started. Even if it shows its sex in the next few days, the one plant is about 2 weeks ahead of it, I need to get WW going.

38 days of 12/12 and no sex signs???? cant wait to see what a pro gotta say about this. sounds silly

do you have any pictures? and you did say you started both of the plants at the same time?

Plants were put in the grow box at the same time. Every thing is in the grow box with 8 cfls. The second plant looks just like any other plant that is in veg stage. The first plant is doing fine. This is bag seed so I am not sure of the strain. I'm going to give it a few more days then I am killing it.
