36% hcl

I work at a Chlor Alkila plant were we make bleach caustic and hcl , I'm woundering if using the 32% caustic and the 36 % hcl is ok to use for ph buffers in a hydro setup . Not sure wha the GH buffers are but I'm sure the ph up is a caustic soda not sure about the ph down sure it's a diluted dirty ass hcl just woundering tho
