IMO- You should use 18/6. The plant has photoreceptors that tell the plant when it's light or dark. It pretty much has a biological clock. It knows it's age. from the light/dark cycles.
Only talking about Short-Day Plants.
I totally understand trying to get ahead of the game with the 24/0 light cycle, but as you can see with your plant. You've been spinning your tires in the mud for the last week waiting for her to flower. You'll probably have to wait another week for her to start flowering.
There's no short cuts.

I've never seen "preflowering", and never seen sex before 12/12. I've had plants show sex in 12/12 anywhere from 3 - 21 days in. Don't give up. The longer it takes, the more likely it's female. 7-14 is the most common in my experience, but like I said, they've taken up to 21 days.

Here is how it gos : germination stage 1-14 days, seedling stage 1-2 weeks vegation stage 1-3 month, pre flower stage 1-2 we4ks, flower stage 1-16 weeks; - then harvest!!!!! You are in pre-flower stage that is when the plants " sex" themselves

Yep, I've experienced this with some of my Kush's also.
Not on 24hrs though, I go 18/6 for veg after a couple of weeks on 20/4.

I find that vegging a plant that is to be flowered a waste of time and energy. As soon as my clones root or seedlings sprout up they go under the HPS. The cool whites in the cloning bin and the daylight tubes on the mothers are on 24hrs with no dark period. A mercury vapour metal halide 18/6 will be used before cloning to elongate the shoots. A new seedling put directly under 1k HPS 12/12 will give you the chance to get a snip before it goes to far into bud. Healthy clones will show hair in the first day or so.
