So you need 350 watts in a 2x2 ... 87.5 watts per sq ft.. something ain't right.. 200 watts should max out a 2x2 ..
50 watts per square foot is the target of most growers ... How much do they actually use?
The 200w actually uses 220 and claims to replace any 400w hps

I hear they are exactly equal to HPS, watt for watt, but run much hotter then vented HPS. If that's true, what would the benefits be? Spectrum w/o gained yield?
Maybe Im wrong. Pls do correct me if so & why.
LED lights allow the plants to flourish and spread. whereas HPS can cause plants to grow taller but less dense,HPS light off more light than an LED bulb at the same amount of electric energy. However,LED light last longer at up to 5000 hours ,whereas HPS last a shoter 16000 to 24000 hours.

Aha, How much do they actually? It's depend on what the type of the grow light they use. So I can't tell you very accurate.

So 440w BD + 150w of side light bars = 590w in a 2'x2'x4' tent/box & you don't go above 78•. You doing an outside Antartic grow guy? That's allot of wattage, usually reserved for a 4'x4' area w/ led.

My LEDs are putting out a lil more light @ 5/8th the electricity. Is there something wrong w/ them do you think?

I don't know if you're math is correct but a 200w led that actually uses 220w according to the manufacturer doesn't mean it uses 440w, it just uses 220. And as far as an Antarctic grow, not really the room that the box is in is kept around 68 and the box has two exhaust fans pulling the air very quickly

So you are saying, 350 watts in an enclosed 2x2 tent never goes above 78.. Bullshit! You would suck the tent flat with negative pressure.. I checked out BD... overpriced junk.. Imo

That's where she sits( pictures below) and its a metal cabinet not tent, and yes the door vacuums shuts when I go to close it. No bs, two 4 inch fresh air intakes pvc piped to the opposite room with a dummy grill vent and exhaust flex duct to the attic with carbon filters

My bad, thought you said x2. I see. Makes sense.

Yeah so total max watts would be around 290-295, like I said before I don't need the led bars but I feel like it helps with the little popcorn nugs at the bottom, better popcorn and sugar leaves equals better bho
