300w cfl's or 450 hps

I need to know what is the best way to grow for me indoors i have a few plants about 2 weeks old right now i have 2x 300w cfl's 2700k each!!

I want to order a 450w hps light offline

i just want a light that will work for me great in veg and flower stages can anyone help me???? If you have links to lights for me thanks or info i will take it all !!!
