just thought i would let all the UK growers know that ive just been to Morrison and they've got there 30 watt (150 watt equiv) Edison cap cfl (screw in) on sale for 1 pound a bulb 
reduced from 4 quid! so i got my self a basket full to add to veg room lol, the bayonet cap are still at 4 pound though.
i might even try hanging a few in the flower room near the bootom of the plants to see if it makes much of a difference,
