30 days from seed how is it looking???

First 21 days were 24hours of CFL lighting. 8 23watt 6500k cfl

@ day 28 my 400watt HPS light and nutes arived. switched lighting to 18/6

so here they are @ day 30 what do you think??

can someone tell me why some of the leave.. maybe have about 3-4 leaves per plant like this.

ok so i have a zinc issue. im using FoxFarm soil and FoxFarm grow big nutes. plants have only had one watering with the nutes.

should i clip those leaves off or leave them?

I'm only on my second grow myself but I somehow crammed a buncha knowledge in my little stoner mind lol (thanks to all-nighters with big joints and RIU) i have a few questions n a few answers for u


Questions/Answers:
1. Whats the temperature like in your grow room? your plants have very thin, kinda awkward looking leaves, I'm guessing its a full sativa or its too hot in the growroom so the new growth is shrinking/curling/twisting every way possible to retain moisture

2. the bottom of your plant has some interesting growth!! did you chop the bottom fan leaves because of nute burn moving up the plant? it usually starts at the lower leaves and burns them from the tip inward until it hits the top (or you flush the nute overload out)



heres some pics of my first and second time growing, I chopped the bottom fan leaves off my first batch because of nute burn so they have a similar growth pattern to your plants.



These are about 25 days old from seed, the 2 babies are Nirvana MasterKush and Nirvana Blue Mystic, I just cloned them today scroll down to see the pics of the clones.



These ones are about 45 days old (30 days veg 15 days into flower)

regular nutes from a home & garden centre worked better for me, the ones I use give the plant have N-P-K, boron, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum, and chelated zinc. the only nutes left out are calcium, magnesium and sulphur! mag and sulphur i can get from epsom salt foliar feeding (if you mix calcium in your soil with sulphur they mix together and become unusable to the plant, keep that in mind when setting up your nute schedule.

foliar feeding sulphur gives your soil a regular...known environment for your roots, since sulphur leeches away your soils natural calcium supply.


also, neutral mediums without nutes added in (a self-made 50/50 peat moss/perlite mix makes it easier to regulate what your plant is eating!!!!!!! which is why my plants are so free of nute burn, deficiencies and all)

it is a sativa blend.. here is the description from the site.

" Our Haze 19x Skunk is a F1 hybrid providing a cerebral up high with many of the beloved growing qualities of skunk #1. Haze 19 x Skunk is a large plant commonly producing leaves with 11 or 13 fingers and many firm buds. The flavour is not overly hazey like other haze hybrids. This is a subtle sativa with many redeeming qualities."

i have not cut anything off the bottom of the plant. I also need a thermometer to put in the grow room. but the door is cracked during the day and the AC can get into the closet.

I wonder if i should go back to 24 hours of light to give them some more bushy growth. they are growing rapidly in the 6 hours of darkness they are getting.
