I know there's alot of variables to this but I'm intrested in how much I may yield and how much longer I should flower ?

Both plants came from a very trusted source and I believe they are new purple power Aka sweet purple and a northern lights cross from what I was told I have had a few difficulties nute deficency for a week but all were resolved in that week plant 1 is the sweet purple and is approx 42 inches from soil and was planted October 15th plant 2 was also planted then and is 46 inches tall both plants have stopped growing upwards and have started to swell buds up they both have lower branches trimmed prior to flower and were induced to 24 hrs dark period before 12/12 they were veg'd under flourescent tubes with approx 15,000 lumens and in 1 gallon pots now have been transplanted to 3 gallon for flower soil is a mix of ffof and some seed starter soil w/ perlite vermiculite lime and some extras I have used the FF trio for veg and bloom according to there feeding schedule at half dose I add molasses everyother watering and also bottom water them they now sit under 16 23 watt cfls 2700k and 4 42watt 2700k with 2 23watt 6500k

Any other information I left out jus ask about and I will post here's the pics they aren't the best but all I have is an itouch so bear with me till I get a quality camera i will continue to update this as it goes

at least another month. Go to radio shack and buy a 12 dollar 60x microscope with LED light. Read the trichomes, not the plant. When 20-40% of the trichomes turn amber, you're ready to choppity chop.

On average unless you're doing a weird strain then 8 weeks is about the minimum and common for indicas, 9-10 weeks is common for hybrids, 10+ weeks is for sativa dominant. You'll see the swelling happening in a few weeks. The buds will stop getting hugely bigger and will start forcing pistils out of the middle of the bud. You'll see them appearing to be cramped and having to really push themselves out.

Sweet I have a 60-100x w/led scope and I have been checking richomes they are nice and starting to get somewhat milky all hairs except here and there are all whiteishgreen

Also when can I expect these to start purple growth/change that is one thing I haven't noticed anywhere except some leaf stems but that's jus from being a lil potassium deficient which has been fixed I wanna see some PURPLe really bad thanks for the info redneck

Still wondering about yield though ?

it looks like around an ounce or so per plant at this phase. I'm betting you'll see 35g from each plant if you're not mega aggressive with the trim. Purple comes in at the very end and from what I've read is also induced by low temps. Purple is nothing but color. It doesn't help anything and really experiened tokers are going to see that for what it is, color. Around here clubs tend to sell the purple stuff for more but there's zero reason for it.

Not every strain purples out at the end, even those with purple in the name.

Perfect exactly what i was searching for wish u wrote a book or somin I'd buy it lol nowhere in any of the 42 ebooks I have does it tell me anything about purpling and I like what u said bout telling the strain and I was putting thought to it and the guy I got seeds from knew exactly what strains were growin he never found a male but everything got pollinated in his crop therefore it should be a sweet purple but could be cross pollinated with 1 of 6 other strains which 3 were purple and 3 were various kush plants I would call it purple kush but it could be sweet purple x twilight or somin else thanks alot coffee and vanilla kush got me rambling

+rep redneck

Hope someone will help me but Since u awnsered my question on how much lnger I had on my girls I noticed that the plants trichomes are all starting to fill up and turn translucent no amber to be found yet at 40 days flower the pistils have started to turn orange and it's coming from the bottom up now is this because the buds are rippenng up and normal or is something wrong and shes starting to die or somin jus something I was a lol worried about considering last time I had buds in flower I had to move and cut them down early very big disappointment but there was nothing else I could do

Based on the pics in the sig I would say atleast 4 more weeks. Normaly your looking at a 8-10 week flowering cycle. SOme a little less some a little more. I would suggest checking the web site on gens of the strain and see what they say. I know when I by from tude they have a flowering time range posted for each strain they sell.
