$30 600w HPS Light?

Hello, I was wondering what's everyone's opinion of these are http://www.ebay.com/itm/GENTEC-Comp...079?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19d5f89b3f I am skeptical since it is soo cheap, but I am tempted because money is so tight :/. I am also looking into warehouse lighting fixtures for metal halide for vegging. This is my first time trying to get stuff together for a mh/hps grow as I've only used t5/cfl combos in the past. Thanks guys.

That's just a reflector. You'll still have to buy a 600w bulb and ballast.

that's just for the bat wing reflector m8.. you'd still need a ballast and chord and a bulb and all that jazz as well which would run you another $200 or so depending on how cheap you go..
