3 weeks still not budding HELP!

Like the tittle says its bedn 3 weeks on the 12/12 cycle theres no light leaks the plants healthy and the pistils have started showing 2 weeks ago why isint she budding or growing more hairs any suggestions.?

What are you growing in (hydroponics soil), size, age, nutes, pics will help!

(give the experienced guys more depth on whats going on)

Using pretty basic soil it has all the nutrients she needs shes about 16inches tall and about 3months old as for pics youll have to give me a sec

have u supper cropped? as that will delay the 12/12 cycle until.the plant heals itselfs. usually 2-3 weeks

are you pullingout your fan leaves?> the plant looks "vacant" lots of space for its age, something dosent look right

lay off the pruning, your plant needs all the leaves to make energy from the "sunlight"

Yea i quit a long time ago new brances have formed and its looking bushier theese pics are a couple days old but thanks for the help I just have to wait it out
