whats happening i know this is normal but so soon?????
3 weeks into flower hairs turning red on some of the smaller buds???

idk man. my friend told me that he had a plant, the hairs went compelty red. then they turned white again then caem back. actually, for ripe ness, and harvest, you dont look at the hairs. alot of poeple think this but no its not true. you have to look at trichomes. trichomes are the crystals, and the only way to really see if the buds are ripe is to have a magnifying glass and look at the trichomes. i would say like once 60-70% of the trichomes are brown. it is time to harvest. should be at around 7-9 weeks. usually.

What kind of bud? Have any pics? Dirt grow or hydro? And red hairs are a good thing. your going to want to pick ur buds when about 60% of your trichromes turn amberish

I'll take a pic ! also thank u for the quick response's its a dirt grow i have 2 ladies that have shown hermie sacks that i have removed have not seen any since

They are looking very nice, good work! I am suprised how developed they are for only 3 weeks into flowering. In 3 more weeks your going to see a huge diff. What strain is it btw?
