3 weeks into cure

I see white mold i think fluffy like lint what to do

throw it away, seriously.if its not completely covered with mold you can cut the molded parts out and try to salvage the rest of the bud. let it dry out good before you try to cure it more. dont save the molded shit, you wont kno what your smoking.

HAD 3 OZs one in each jar only 1 jar has it on one bud picked it all off let it air dry over night dont see any today so far

Im guessing the bud that has it on it is one of your biggest? Next time you go to cure slightly pull away the buds from the main stems of your tops.( dont detach them just slightly bend them away). this will help with air flow around your bigger beefier buds and help alleviate the chances of mold... also continue to burps your jars until you get a little bud smell and not just the drying hayish smell. this will tell you its about time to just keep them closed...
