3 weeks in first grow

Hey Guys,

As a newbie i wanted to share some of my results. Any feedback would be great. Although i think im doing a god job i am sure i can do better. As a side note i unfortunetly have to figure something out to help my nerve damage i have.

These plans are just over 3 weeks old. I grow under a T5 at the moment 24/7. Once 8-9 weeks come up i will be flowering them with HPS. A problem i have is the taller plant germinated much sooner and have a bit of an edge on height. So far the height of the plants range from 6-10 inches. I would encourage anyone to try and grow there own as i had had lots of fun so far.

I will be making a small grow room before i start to flower. I am currently growing in a closet at the moment. I take the plants out to water. As i only have 4 plants it is not so bad. I will be using a HPS light (400 or 600 watt) once i start to flower. Any advice would be great. I've just started testing a 20-20-20 fertalizer at 1/4 the strength to get the plants used to it. (I killed one plant over fertalizing).

I'm very excited to see what my work will being come October and i hope to get some good yeilds. I cant wait to learn next on how to clone in a month before i start flowering. This has been a fun little ride. I would encourage anyone to try and grow if they can.

looks good mate what nutes are you using? whats the temps/humidity/ and medium you are growing in?

Thanks, I am no sure as everytime i see the plan do something different i think i'm screwing something up.

I am using soil (obviously) and it it 1/3 perlite, 1/3 soil, 1/3 vermiulite. The nutrients i will be giving it will be Plant Prod Ultimate. (thats the name of the brand). Its 20 % nitrogen, 20% potasium and 20 % Phosporic acid. as they ar young i'm just adding 1/4 of the dose and rotating fertalizing two plants on a moday then on the friday i fertalize the other 2. This i think is to protect over fertalizing as i dont want to add to much to all the plants and kill them. i'd rather do the twomake sure there okay and then go from there.

The plants are at room tempature and i am not sure of the humidity. I am pretty sure it is very dry as i spray and in about 10-20 minutes the moisture is off the leaves. I should read up more on this I'm sure. Im guessing a thermometer can be picked up anywhere, i'll have to do more research on the humidity. I dont have a clue about that.
