3 weeks in and babies are only 2.5 in tall...help

My plants are about 2.5 in tall. I have them under a 400w light 20 hrs a day. Ppm is 100 and ph is 6.5....any suggestions?

May I ask what strain it is? Some strains just grow slower then others...

I have 2 kinds...blueberry skunk and blueberry hash plant..heres more pics of my leaves turning up and coloring brown and i have a pic of my stem and its color is purple.

After 10 days your suppose to go to 500-600 ppm and stay there or 2-3 weeks... Thats probably why.
