Wow it looks good. Just take down those foil and change it into mylar or white pvc plastic. Foil is not very good reflective material.

looks good. i have grown some mystery beaners from Nirvana that turned out to be Indicas under CFL lighting. worked great until two outta three died off.. for some unknown reason..

3 26 watt cfls in a selfmade box. does anyone know how long nute burn takes to wear off? i mean how much gets burned? i had to cut the first two sets of true leaves due to nute burn, used shultz full strength first time( stupid i know) and the results were pretty bad. it was a 10-15-10 concentrate.

wow that sounds like lawn fert. i burned one of mine and it took about a week to rebound. burned it in week one with 1/4 stength nutes. yours looks good .

haha lawn fert. it was 7 lil drops into a pint of water. whats a good npk or whatever its called? i dont mean soil, i mean nutes to add to the water.

me thinks you have some heat issues and the tinfoil doesn't help.
but seriously it looks pretty good.. clearly its enough light because the plant is nice and short but stalky. :)

heat stress huh? well i had it in a small box with tinfoil all around so that could be right. im taking it outta the box and leaving it open in my clset with the lights on it to see if the tips return to normal

NO tin foil!!!! lol try using white towels for a cheap way.Doing good no nutes for about two weeks man one to recover and one to just rebuild to 100 percent again. Not sure if you should remove the leaves or not i think the plant was pushing all the extra nutes there to dispose of them i could be wrong check around for that one. What spectrem are your cfls 6500K? they are better for vegging

yeah my cfls are 6500k. too late about removing the leaves, i already did that. they were pretty dead though. im just waitin because i recently transplanted for the final time and used the nutes right after so im waitin for all the stress i gave it to wear off. some of the new leaves have brownish tips that im relating to the heat stress from having it in a small box with tinfoil all over

pretty bushy huh? 23 days old. this is after i removed the dead,nute-burned lower leaves

give that thing straight ph'd water till it fixxes itself. I think you are trying to do too much. Does your soil have nutes in it already, like a slow release 9 month stuff

yeah its a miracle grow soil i threw the bag away but i know it has slow released nutrients in it. and i know adding nutes to the water this early was a bad move (now i know) but oh well its my first grow (cliche' excuse) so im not trippin. but thanks for the tip. i still wanna know how much water is good for 1 small plant. in ml's . anyone?:bigjoint:

there is no answer to that, water it after it dries out and is light , as much water as it takes to flood it is what i do then don't water it till it dries out
