Hey man, plants are looking healthy. A few tips tho, if I may. Biggest thing with CFLs is that you need to keep them as close as possible. I keep my bulbs 1-2 inches away at all times. Also, you get the most light from the sides of the bulb, not the top...so keeping them horizontal and close to the plant is best! If I were you I would add more lights and cover the lights to keep it all reflected toward the plants (paper plates to aluminum turkey trays are ghetto, but are better than wasting that light upward)! I wouldnt worry to much about the little brown specs on some leaves...but if it gets worse I would look into it! Finally, I like to have white pots (I spray painted mine) vs. black which absorbs light...white will reflect and help you out with a lower wattage grow, while you are at it you could also lay down white paper over the brown wood floor (or upgrade to cheap mylar)...that is all, PEACE!
