The lack of personal accountability for murder, theft and assault is the root cause of Police misbehavior. Besides most inquiries into police misbehavior are done by themselves or other state agents that rely on police to exist...Amazingly they find themselves innocent.

Private security that ISN'T exempt from culpability when they harm people and that must get positive feedback to survive is the answer.

Feedback only counts if it counts. Meaning do you even Amazon or e-bay bro ? Would you buy something if it had a one star rating ?
