When using 3 bags of fox farm how big a hole should I dig? Will 3 bags of fox farm be enough for my plant? And how much do you think my blue dream clone can yield with the amount of fertilizer mentioned if I transplant it at this time? thanks!

3 bags of fox farm, depending on how big they are, which i think should be 1-1.5 cubic feet, which is roughly 7-10 gallons. So 3 bags is 21-30 gallons. You need at least 1 gallon per how many feet the plant is. 1 foot plant, 1 gallon, etc... this is a good way to determine pot size, but it all depends on how fast the plants root system grows. For instance some 10 feet plants get root bound in 10 gallon pots and some dont, so it is best to add a few gallons just to make sure. A 10 foot plant will yield a few pounds as long as it is a bush and not just tall. Basically you get around 1/3 to 1 ounce from every square foot of canopy. Meaning if you plant is 4 feet by 4 feet you can get anywhere from 8-16 ounces depending on the grower and what he/she uses and how he/she cares for their plant. I have seen plants yield 1.2 pounds dry out of a 5 gallon home depot bucket. I have also seen plants yield 10 grams dry out of a 5 gallon bucket... I am sure you see what point I am trying to get at and I am sure you can figure it out from here.

12 inches by 12 inches is 1 square foot, and 4 feet by 4 feet is 16 square feet.
Hope this helps! bongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmilie:eyesmoke:bongsmilie:sleep:
