3 42w soft white cfl's

hey i was just wondering if 3 42w cfl's that are soft white and one 27w daylight would be ok for one plant????

Yea you should be good, but help me help you, what size area are you workin with? And im sure you have your reasons for only using 3 or 4 cfl's too, i no how it is. People told me No No No u need HPS and 50,000 lumens and shit but my good friend told me different. heres a pic of what im doin with 5 42 CFL's

iam working with a closet about a foot and a half in, 7-8 feet high, four feet across. iam most likely going to get a four foot flouro to hang above. the more light the better right????

So what are your future plans for your little closet grow?... do you just want to grow out this one plant, or do you plan on keeping the closet growing?

If you plan on just this one plant, then stick to cfls... but if you plan on keeping your closet as a grow room, you would benefit from the floro tubes, but you also have allot of other stuff to work on to make the closet into a descent grow space.... Let us know if you are willing to put some time, and money into it, and we can guide you into making one heck of a good grow.
