I just ran 8 in my 2x4 in 11 ltr pots. But Its not my norm.
2 is great in my opinion.
You can run anywhere from 4 per square foot in SOG to one plant in Scrog or anywhere in between

how does 3 x 30ltr pots fit in to a 2 x 4 tent with space to grow as well?? i would say your best off with 3 plants in smaller pots, or if your carefull feeding them you could go 4 in there.
if its your first grow, i would stick with 2 plants, that way it gives you space to tie down the top or side branches without too much trouble. learn how to manipulate the plants by LST

Yeah what go go kid said go with no more then two plants you will get a better yield since they won't be so congested plus less hassle my first grow I grew around 22 smaller plants now I don't like to go over 6 in my 9ftx9ft room i only use 5ft×6ft and I find the less plants you can use to fill the same space the better yield here are a couple pics of mine I only have 2 plants in there right now. The first one I LST with a scrog so that's why it's shorter then the other. left is super skunk it just started week 4 flower the right is do-si-dos it's in week 2 of flower but the do-si-dos branches were so tough I couldn't LST it or the braches would snap so I had to put the lights more on the side instead of over top at an angle.

Nice pics bro, cool ok then i will go or two plants in 30lt pots. Any adive on a exhaust set up in a 2x4 will i need a 4inch or six in carbon filter, to be fair with the 2 marshydros is does not get to hot in there so heat will not be an issue, but smell i deffinatly cant have any smell, also can any one reccomend a good quite fan ?

I wouldn't go bigger than 3-5gal pots with 2 Photoperiods or 3 auto's. I have the same size tent with just 1 Photoperiod plant in it and the canopy is 2x3 sqft. Training made her fill it out nice. Wouldn't be able to put 2 plants in the way I trained.
Use a 4inch carbon filter and exhaust fan then have 2 osulating fans in the tent

I got 15oz of top shelf and a few oz of lowers which I didn't trim early flower because I will turn it to oil.
30ltr is way too big, as a few others have said 2x 5gal is a great size.
As for ventilation I always run bigger fans turned down with a variac to keep noise down.
Regardless if you use a 6" filter it will last you longer than a 4" and the air will get more contact time with carbon so will perform better for longer.
