2x4 cheap fan/filter

Getting ready to buy a fan and filter, but most of the cheap ones have horrible reviews .
Being a low budget setup i don't want to buy really cheap and end up having to replace it in a few months .
Stumbled upon a sale on amazon , price is ideal but looks too good to be true.
Anyone have experience with this brand of fan or happen to have better suggestions

Yea that part got my attention .figured a built in one wouldn't be one of the cheap rapid on off controllers. Could be wrong though as I know Jack about electronics lol.

It's not top of the line, but I still have similar equipment running just fine.
