That gravita 1650 is way to expensive. For that price you could build something even better. Of you DIY.

So if I went DIY, I'd like to have 8 QB 304's ran at around 100 watts each for 800~ Watts total, whats the best way to wire this setup? Parallel 4 with HLG-480H-24?

You'd need 2 of those drivers to get 800w.
It'd be over, but you could dim if you wanted.

Hold your horses! Your selected led driver outputs 24 DC volts and will not power up a single QB304. The QB304 needs about 110 DC volts.
Look at the QB304 board guide to find the right driver for number of QB304 in use. https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/pages/board-guide

Offers 2&3 are the same exact parts list.....
$24 more for absolutely Nothing!!! Haha I'm sure it's mean to be an HLG-600H-48A.
I know I cross referenced them, its a typo. Point is its a great option and depending on the cost to add a third board to my 4x4 it may be the cheapest and most efficient option as well. That would bring it up to 2.8μmoles/joule for about $600-620 is my estimation. I could redo my room for 3.7K or even less if they do bulk orders or want some free publicity.
