there just babys still i am transplanting them in about a weeks time to their own pot and soil

The more light, the better. If you have the 128 now, use it. You dont necessarily have to ADD lights when you flower. You can simply use all you have now, and switch to 12/12 for flower. The more your plant grows now, the more bud youll get when you flower. The amount your plant grows now depends heavily upon the amount of light it recieves.
 
Yes flowering take the most lumen instentisty .. so yh flowering needs more light
And the red spectrum (2100k-2700k) has more lumen instentisty than any other spectrums.

day 14 i think using sta green soil couldnt find fox farm anywhere and their is no nurserys near me added perlite to the soil also the plants were streching a little so i put soil up to the head of the plant

o and is there any other nutes i can use besides TOPmax cant seem to find it anywhere where i live like i said earlier no garden stores around here just Home Depot and Lowes K-Mart Walmart Target etc all big evil corperation stores lol
