Yeah doesn't look like anything harmful to your grow. However, if pests are getting in that easily you should clean your carpets or area around the tent. Unless its in a basement or something, then just try to seal your tent off more.
I had a giant spider chilling on one of my nodes one time and i freaked out lol.
Basically if it's that easy for a big bug to get in it's easier for small harmful ones.
