2nd grow setup- advice/info please

well with less than 2 weeks to harvest on my 1st grow, i thought i would plan my second
it will be using the same grow space (32cmX46cmX120Cm)
here are sum pics i did, you can tell most from the pic
single plant, topped and lst in 2 directions
lights - 150W HPS up top and if temp allows it 2X 28W CFL
huge custom made pot for maximum soil with minmum height

couple of questions - im planning on placing in 2 Pc fans one for exhaust one for intake
where would these bee installed?

first post pics will be the basic setup

and heres the set up except how the plant will be set up with LST

some additional info - i will have a screen/mesh with like 1inch squares ontop of the soil, so i can tie strings to it then to the stem to tie it down

and because i dont want a waste of time, i will be planting as many seeds as i can int hat area and going from 12/12 seed, when i work out a nice female that is indica dom, i will toss the rest and keep that one back onto 20/4

while im going 12/12 i will top all of them to get that 2 main cola i want, to snake out
