2ND Grow - Indoor Mix - CFL --> MH

These are my second babies. Its warmer outside and I now know mostly what I am doing. I have 2 clones that Im going to pass along to a friend. I also have my first plants in flower. 2 Kush, 1 Thai Stick.

I started germination of 3 of my 10 seeds from http://www.vancouverseedbank.ca/ and since it was my first time ordering I got the "Indoor Mix" since it was cheap as a test to make sure I got them in the mail. Germination was started February 20th 2009. All I did was put my medium in the pot, make a hole with my finger, drop the seeds in, and got the soil nice and wet. Waited 4 days before I saw the first 1 come up, the next came up 12 hours later give or take, and the 3rd one came up while I was at work today.

Plants will be in my small Veg box under 3 CFL's. I believe they are 125watt equivilant. When they are ready for flowering I will put them in my larger flower box with 1 100watt MH and 4 100watt equivilant CFL's. I havnt taken pictures yet. My cameras battery is charging but I will have some in about 30 minutes!

7 days from seed, and roughly 3 days after they cracked.

2 of them appear to have similar leafs. green with some brown or red on the tips.

ph of the runoff when i watered was 6.

noticed the roots were showing in the bottom of the pots. decided to repot. im not sure of the pot sizes. they are quite large. will make room for lots of strong roots! enjoy.

Day 11 from seed.

Day 7 Since sprouted. Approximately.

No nutes have been given. Just CFL, regular soil with nothing in it, and water.

13 days from seed. 9 days from first sprout.

16 days from seed. 12 days since sprouted.

You can really see what a difference those 12 hours in between sprouting makes. I have 3 different sized plants, and 3 different unknown strains. The large plant is really taking off now, and I can see the second one is just behind it. the third one is still quite small.

Im really happy this second time around. My first batch is still suffering in flower. These babies look like they are going to do great when I switch them. They havnt undertaken any stress at all!

i inherited a new 1000watt HPS light for almost nothing from a buddy and set it up in a larger grow area. my grow area is now:

40" deep X 6ft wise X 68" tall

I have the 3 babies in flower with my older ones. so now i have 5 plats flowering. YAY! pics in a couple hours!
