This is my second grow. My grow room is a simple 3x 3 room with 5 shop lights vertically mounted and a 250 watt mh Sun System. I spliced in my HVAC lines and keep the room between 75-85 degrees. The main light has the optional glass and is vented with a 4" tube with inline fan. My plants are in the 4th week of flowering. How do I look and what can I do to improve the grow?

Looking good mate. Nice little setup. Only hardware I can think of to improve would be to have a HPS light and an osilating fan for air circulation and to help strengthen the plant stems. Other than that its a matter of monitoring you PH levels, keep at the right temp (see your doing that well) and keeping to a feed/watering plan that works for your plants using the right nutrients at the right time.
Plants looking healthy, should have a nice smoke coming.
