2nd grow help much appricated (Topping/Super cropping)

Ok well i topped my plants today and i think i messed up not on the topping just i think i topped to early its not even a foot yet its about 8-9 inch maybe. I was wondering even thought i topped my plants can i also supper crop them?

I topped my lady short veg her long enough and use lsting and u can make a nice hedge

I hear alot of people talking about "lsting" can you explain to me what that is or what it do?

Ya u can super crop lst is a for of low stress training...u just take a string tie it about a node from the top and bend the plant over and tie it down ...these tons of guides on here about it

Also i forgot to mention i see all these video on people lsting/ supper cropping and there stems are ALOT thicker then mine, My stems are very thin

I topped my plant when the second fan leaves started showing, Shes doing fine now, her 3rd set (2nt visable set) Have grown out nicely Shes going to b topped again when the 4th set show (3rd visable ) Then i'd hav 4 main stems ready to lst in a month

topp and lst are the best super cropping can higher chances of hermys

here is my plants that i lst, but also topped 1 this time round and snapped a branch by mistake so it only has 6 colas but heres a few pics they 30 days 12/12...


1st 3 pics are the 1 i says i topped and lst and also snapped a branch by mistake its breeder boutiqe sweet n sour...
2nd 2 pics are a breeders boutiqe smelly cherry that has been lst'd throughout the veg stage
and last couple my purple kush bag seed lst,d throughout the veg stage

the purple kush was 12/12 at seed while my last lot was finishing to find out if it was male or female the other 2 are from pack of reg that got started a bit later when my last grow finished then the purple went back on veg then, not that long really as my cab is only 900x900m but about 2400mm in height....
