2nd grow 6 strains CFL-2-Patio

This is my second grow using CFL's, however this time I must move the plants out side for flowering.
Im growing
-white berry(picture)
-blackberry kush
-strawberry blue
-white desil
-Canadian Purple Kush
-and pure kush
I reilize this may be unorthodox to some but fug it
Ill update this journal weekly

I have five CFL in place right now that are around 4500K, my question is that should I swap these out for the lower wattage CFL's I have that are 7000K, they are a noticeable amount of less lumens however the are a better color of light for vegetative growth?
