That's "persecution"? You sir, have no perspective. When you're a missionary in Africa dodging people with machetes everyday (Like the missionaries I knew as a kid.) , or a preacher in late 90s China, constantly risking imprisonment for preaching there (Like other missionaries I knew.); talk to me about persecution. You are, at worst, a victim of thorough questioning that you are frustrated by.

Translation- "It makes me feel uncomfortable when someone attempts to have me question the ideas i have that i think are true"

Reason- When someone attempts to claim certainty in the absence of it, one usually feels uncomfortable when presented with the fact that one isn't certain.

They call this "self reflection" which is something that theologists/spiritualists actively ignore with a passion, because when one becomes conscious that their ideas are not certain... he or she is faced with an inner contradiction, which one does everything in their power to ignore.
