As my unstructured title says. I am gonna move into a miniature rental apartment where i am going to live and study. 215 sq feet total.
In there i am going to set up a small grow operation for my 4 nortern light seeds.
I am going to use a closet 2 x 2 feet in square and 6 feet high.
As im going to live in the appartment too, the grow operation is fundamentally dependent on its stealth.
Stealth
I will use fluorescents based on the thought that they will take up less space and will in the end emitt less heat. 144-180w for and 90w for grow. Totally 230-270w
I will build my own active carbon filter based on this guide:

I am counting on that i can put my nose at the exhaust and not smell a thing.
The exhaust will be placed out of sight on the top and will have a sturdy net keeping things out. I will put the inlet in a corner of the appartment, hidden behind something like a table or cleaning equipment.
I will have a hole in the bottom side moving air thru the growroom, lighttrap, into flowerroom wich is placed ontop and then out thru a single 40cfm liquid bearing computer fan rated very silent. I cant under any circumstances have any sound from the grow as i am going to sleep a few meters away and will probably have guests very often.
I will use a ionizer outside the growroom for smells that escapes when i open the doors.
The doors will be lightproofed with tape used for making doors not slam. I am hoping that someone will help me make a tent-like construction out of plastic and zipper, which i can put inside the doors making sure as little smell as possible escapes the tent.
The doors will have integrated locks making it look like a pretty normal closet. (Except mine will be locked at all times)
The grow
I will use soil in 4-5 pots 11" diameter and 7.5-8" high. I will store fertilizers and such equipment in the kitchen under the sink.
As said before i am using 5 ferilized northern lights, but probably no more than 4 will fit.
I will make 4-5 clones before moving the vegging plants into flowering which will then be grown in the 6500lumen growroom. When the vegging plants have outgrown their space i will move them into flowering. The vegging plants will have 20" or less as the total height will be 27.5". But in the flowering chamber i will have 51" in height. The filter will use 19"x7" so it will be less space, although the flowers will be able to grow around it (plus 6" inch 3gallon pots). As its such a small space i will put ballasts outside and i will not use oscillating fans.
The lightning
I will use five 18w 1300lumen fluorescent tubes in the bottom growarea. I will mount the tubes horizontal with some sort of small homemade reflector to maximize growarea. A total of 90w 6500lumen
In the flowering area ontop. I will put four 36w fluorescent tubes 4 feet long with 3350 lumens each. I will mount all tubes vertical, with a tube in each inner corner and two in the centre of the flowering area. I might use aluminum tape or maby a strip of aluminum sheet metal help them not light into eachother or walls.
I might also put one vertical in each 4 corners and a single tube in the middle, making it 5 tubes total.
With 4 tubes: 144w 13400lumen
With 5 tubes 180w 16750lumen
I will also make a reflecting roof over the tubes, making sure no light is wasted.
The future stealth harvest
I will grab the buds and put them on nets in a cardboard container with a slow but filtered fan on the bottom. When the buds are dry i will put the cardboardbox in a plastic bag and throw it away. I will store the filter+fan in the growroom or make the filter so cheap i can throw it away too.

HELP! I have never done this before and everything yet written is only a product of my imagination! Is this stealthy enough? Will i produce anything? How much? Any ideas?
