thought a thread on temps was apprapo with all the colorado outdoor badasses out here.
let me know the altitude and temp.
bwt my un heated hoop house is at about 40* while my carport greenhouse has the heat cranking. (pics to follow)
upreal early with the baby an glad i saw the temp .... guess its bout that time ...

put a second layer-

of plastic, and blow air in between. any greenhouse supply has the the fitting to interface the fan to the plastic. its a furnace induction fan that hooks to it. many others would work. much insulation.

Wow, we are at over 9000' and though we had a little frost on the roofs a few days ago, none formed on plants or theground. Air temps have not been below mid 30's.

Beautiful snow on the peaks though. Things are changin'

your on a hillside not a valley then my valley is the drainage for 14,000 ft mt sneffels ... lots o snow up there...
