252w (auctual) CFL, would you use this

this is extra lighting to go with my 250w hps. total cost of $55 with the wood and the 9 foot of house wire for free. need to know if this would do for anyone else other than me. i know one light is burnt out but i still think it whips ass. fire extinguisher pic it to remind everyone to keep it safe. goodtimez and happy harvesting

havnet figured out how without buying boxes. it will be hung with exposion up. any ideas without putting electrical tape over it....
