250w hps cab desighn, plz critique

Alright well i just realized how dumb it was of me to spend money on weed when i can invest and have shit that i would never get my hands on otherwise and enjoy the feeling of some homegrown. First things first im planing on getting a cab with

w 63 3/4inch
d 20 1/8 inch
h 38 inch

So i want to make it as productive as possible, i will be splitting it into 2's.

A 150w cfl with reflector in the veg part, 2 3.25in. axial fans, with a temp and humidity monitor. and line it with ir-blocker.

For the flower part, a 250w hps reflector, 2 4 in. blowers, ir-blocker lining the interior.

Alright so with all of that i need to figure out the most productive use of the space, who has suggestions on the venting, lighting and what to do with only 4 outlets behind the actual cab?? and i also need to figure out a system that would work with vegging for 30 days and then putting into the flowering room i kinda want to sog

o yea and how would that ona mist do with odor control on the air going out?? cant have a huge carbon filter the cab would look to far from the wall and suspiciouis
