250w CFL

Quick question - Has anybody bought or used the 250w cfl off ebay i thk there a cheaper version of the proper envirolites as i jus bought two and wanna make sure there safe as they will be left on 18 hours a day for a month is that safe as i wouldnt want to cause a fire lol. already done 3 days of my ww grow in veg.

yea mate theyre fine, are yours called ecolites by any chance? Theyre a bit cheaper than the original phillips envirolites and dont break so easy, i use 2x 125w blue ecolites for veg, one in a reflector one hanging, both kept about 2inches from the plants.
