250 vs 400 Watt

How much would it cost to run these lights if I were to do 18/6,12/12, or 20/4? How many plants would I be able to grow for the 250 watt compared to the 400 watt?
 
where im from electricity costs $0.12/kWh. a 250W light would cost about $16 a month at 18/6 where a 400W would cost $26 a month. the formula is the light's wattage/1000*electric rate*hours of use*30days a month.
 
Im runnin 1200 watts of lights and about 300 in accessories. $38/month to run 1 MH 24/7 and 2 x400 W HPS 12/12. Plus the 8 fans, 3 air pumps, 2 water pumps, Ozone generator, UVA light(To kill the nasties) and computers to run it all. We have the cheapest electricity in the nation .04/KWH off peak. My total bill for electricity during the heat of summer with AC on 24/7 is around $120 month.
 
damn i pay like 350 a month out here in summer but i have a good amount of standard house electricity as well.
