250 clf for flowering

have 3 plants growing in a 1x1x140 grow room ,lighting is 250w hps the plant are in there 5 week for flowering ,just bought a 250 cfl light blue spec, just wanted to know should i put the light in,on the ground looking up just for the extra light for the bottom bud ,what do u think,

That's up to you to decide, there's really no right or wrong way as long as the CFL stays close, but they are more efficient vertically.
