yes, they're ready, but imo you'd be better to pull your light way back, and let the stretch out a bit first, making for better cuttings.

sorry for the double post, the site was being funky and i dont know how to delete my own threads. So let them stretch a bit more.
im gonna go ahead and say it,
no they arent big enough, u wanna have a few nodes on your side shoots
id wait till the shoots have a few sets of leaves, and i also would advise against raising your lights..... strechted out is no good. long stem doesnt mean it will root. You want to cut just below a node, remove the leaves from the area, dip in cloning gel/powder.
