These plants are on their 25th day of overall growth from seed to current form. When would be the best time to clone these?
25 days of growth, can these be cloned yet?

yes, they're ready, but imo you'd be better to pull your light way back, and let the stretch out a bit first, making for better cuttings.

sorry for the double post, the site was being funky and i dont know how to delete my own threads. So let them stretch a bit more.
im gonna go ahead and say it,
no they arent big enough, u wanna have a few nodes on your side shoots
id wait till the shoots have a few sets of leaves, and i also would advise against raising your lights..... strechted out is no good. long stem doesnt mean it will root. You want to cut just below a node, remove the leaves from the area, dip in cloning gel/powder.
