24 hr CFL's but i think they are trying to flower

I have some 7 week old plants that i am not ready to flower yet but they are forming little extra bits at the joints. I cant get a clear shot with my dodgy camera but there is two bud hair growths at each joint on every plant, this is my first grow so please excuse my ignorance if it is normal. I wanted to clone them before I let them flower, would it be to late?

Also i have a yellowing of my leaves, sort of streaks of a yellowish tinge, would this be a magnesium or nitrogen deficency?

Isn't that just a pre flower? I am not too sure, wait for expert input.

Thanks, I looked up some info on preflowers and thats exactly what they are, not very developed either so i have some time to clone, though I am assuming it must be now sooner rather than later as I intended.

For anyone reading with the same yellowish leaves I think its mag lockout so I have adjusted my ph to 6.5 and will do a foliar spray with epsom salt today.

They look fine, don't create any problems fixing something that isn't broken!
