24 hour

hey everyone can anyone tell me if it would hurt my plants to leave the lights on for 24/7 during veg? thanks

hey i was just looking at other threads (which i should have done in the first place, My bad) and saw this ? answerd. but it said that you should let them have atleast a hour of darkness to let them cool off, but i am just using fluoros so they dont get to warm so would it be okay to leave the lights on at all times during veg or should i turn them off for about a hour or more?

you can do it either way, 1st, why pay for the xtra electricity? 2nd, I would want to try to mimick mother nature, she knows her shit!
