24 hour darkness before flowering

Ive done this on my 4 plants. And it really made a HUGE growth jump in that 24 hour darkness. Im growing mandala 1. Anyone else notice that?

I tried it with a mix of strains and didn't see a different. I've also tried the extended dark period right before harvest and I didn't see any great change there either.

Bump:

I'm getting ready to go from the veg to flower cycles in a couple of days and I just wanted to get a few more opinions on this before I switched.

I have 8 plants, should I keep'em in the dark a day before or what ?

no big change it just MAY make it sex faster, its only a couple days difference regardless.

Don't do any darkness before flowering crap, its not worth the risk and it will save you very little time. A day or 2 of darkness before harvest however, has been known to help SOME strains (mostly 'whites')
